This is a scarce WW2 painted cloth formation sign badge to the R.A.V.C. DEPOT (Doncaster Racecourse) (Royal Army Veterinary Corps) (Jon Mills BoBD 1709). Having moved from Aldershot to Doncaster Racecourse in October 1939 subsequently became the No.1 Reserve Veterinary Hospital Depot and Training Establishment. The badge in excellent worn condition was made by “Display Patents”.
